Josh was amazing. Came in and got a unit in 30 minutes. They offer a unit rental coverage if you do not have it for 15 bucks which is great. We use USAA and they covered it but having the option was great. Good up front costs and a great discount for first three months. A new lock comes with the unit which is a plus. Took his time with us but also kept things moving. Explained everything and they have 24hr access included. Great price and great customer service. Thanks Josh

When I first arrived, there was garbage and spiderwebs all over the unit I was in. After cleaning it out, I noticed all the big gaps in the siding showing through to the outside. On top of that, there were a couple of occasions where I tried to get into my storage unit after they had closed their office, and they had parked a company work truck in front of my unit, blocking me from accessing it.

We needed a unit asap, Cassidy was able to help immediately and as we were going to look at a space i noticed their small box truck that said FREE for new move in's! This was exactly what we needed and was available. Josh helped us with the truck. They were so easy to work with and so nice. Thanks for making this last minute move seamless.
