Rented a truck for a few hours from them. Average experience. Site said they didn't have the vehicle i needed. Called and they had it. Desk lady was nice but a bit pushy and threatening about insurance coverage. App didn't work too report existing damage.

I rented a U-Haul box truck from these guys today. Jason was amazing. Extremely helpful and accommodating. The truck was in great shape with reasonable pricing. I will definitely be back for the next rental or storage if I need it.

They are never there. They leave for long lunches. She lives on site. And she closes at 2 pm every Tuesday. They are closed on Wednesdays. They gate is always broken. Anyone can just walk right in. They raised the rent 35$ more a month. Have uhale trucks horribly parked in the way of getting through the entrance all the time. Just a small update. Still haven't been able to speak on the phone or have them be open when I have came. I just want to pay my bill. Quick update over the last year and a half this place has changed immensely. They are so much more organized, they always have somebody…

Facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. The new employees are doing an amazing job at correcting the mistakes past employees made. One of the employees, Jenn, has been extremely friendly whenever I've dealt with her, and always helps answer all the questions I have. If you are looking for somewhere to store your belongings, I highly recommend Layton Hills Storage!
