Place is a rip off charging people for a 10x35 unit in all reality it’s 10-11 feet shorter then what I was charged for and been sitting here with the manager on a kiosk for over a hour and haven’t got anywhere after a 4 hour drive to drop off the vehicle and all my belongings! There solution is to give me a 14x35 and charge me an extra $200!

I like the easy access kiosk in lobby and it was easy to pay that way, then I ran into Veronica inside on my way out and she finished up my paperwork for me and was very personable and nice. Clean place and competitive for price. Thanks guys!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Prime Storage in Lehi. We used three different units with them while moving into our new home, and the experience was excellent every time. The location is convenient and easy to access, making it simple to get in and out when needed. Our belongings always felt safe, and the units were consistently clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!
