Ynes and Christian (the staff members) are so friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. I was able to get a space right away for a great price. They forgot to leave my lock and I had to buy my own. Casey called me the next day, apologized and made sure I received a refund. That is what good business is about. Treating customers with respect and kindness and doing the right thing.Thank you!

I was very impressed by the storage space. I had my beloved belongings in there for three years, and I was always worried that there would be water damage or rodents, but when I opened it up, it was perfect! Thank you for taking such good care of my belongings! 😊

If you want to rent space somewhere, this is the company to choose. Ynes was pleasant and informative and very knowable. She answered my questions and was so friendly. I will definitely use them again when I need space!

Update: I called the number that they provided in their response to this review. It led me right back to Casey and he said that there was not another conversation to be had and that the response to this review was just an automated response from the corporate office. So in my mind it is just an attempt to seem like the company worked out a solution to their mistake because they know that there are not any further responses to a Google review.
