I was so happy with pricing, communication, and experience overall! I called last weekend for a move from midway to Provo. They were very kind to explain the process of how pricing works and helped me figure out a plan! Got everything delivered today and everything went so smooth! The men delivering were very kind. I hired Bill to move a piano for me on 4/22 and it was such a terrible experience, it has taken me almost 3 weeks to calm down enough to write a review. He sure lives up to his name because he billed the hell out of me. I spoke to Bill ad nauseam regarding the layout of the stairs in my house and the fact that we have a 90° turn in our stairs. When he arrived at my house with the piano, I was standing around the corner and could hear him talking to his helper saying “they never told me about this”. If you plan on using Thresher Piano Movers - probably best if you have 911 on speed dial considering Bill will threaten you after you point out that he wasn't honest about his quotes! Bill will move your piano, and then charge you $400-500 more than your quoted price - which makes me think he low balls you just to get your business then screws you over at the end. And on top of that? He'll damage your piano! Do not use Thresher Piano Movers!!

Talked to Bill morning of and he got us in quickly. Had an emergency where we needed help moving the piano quickly. They were on time and then Kyle and Cam did amazing. Super tight corner and into a small space and they nailed it. No issues. No scrapes or anything else. Would recommend to anyone and will use the company again. Well worth the money spent.
