The sales guy, Eli was very smooth, convincing and helpful (up until I paid the deposit) He and the reviews I read, were so persuasive that I even opted not to purchase the “optional” insurance we were offered at the last minute. I guess that makes it our fault that several pieces of furniture were damaged in the process. We were promised much up front but the delivery fell far short. These guys are great! We needed an old refrigerator removed. We called, and they answered immediately. They offered a fair price and the fridge was taken the next day. That was a less than 24-hour turnaround. They’re super responsive. Don’t hesitate, call them!

We chose this company because of its outstanding Google reviews (over 1,000 reviews with a 4.9-star average), so our expectations were very high. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We scheduled our move three weeks in advance. To make things easier, my husband and I transported many boxes to our new home ourselves before moving day. Even with fewer items to move, the crew was shockingly slow. I had a great experience with You Move Me from beginning to end. We were lucky to get Keynon and Chaz to help us move. I was impressed with their professionalism and their positive attitude throughout the whole move. I was also happy with the price they charged. I thought it was going to be a lot more expensive than it was, and when they told me the amount at the end of the move I was really pleased. I would definitely hire You Move Me again, and I would request Keynon and Chaz to help. Thank you guys for making my move a such a great experience! :)
