Ian and Elias were spectacular with our move today. Fast, efficient and very nice! It was my first time using movers today, and I realized that Ive never properly protected my stuff before! I hadn't really planned on the time it would take to wrap and protect all our furniture, so I think that's where some of the reviews are coming from. I recently used All My Sons Moving to move from my three-bedroom apartment into my new home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. DO NOT use this company. I was charged 2.5x the original estimate despite the manager assuring me beforehand that he understood my concerns about unexpected charges and would keep the final cost close to the estimate. The original estimate was extremely detailed. Because of the vague wording in their estimate, my bank was unable to reverse or reduce the charge. The moving crew themselves were excellent - professional, hardworking, and kind. My issue is entirely with management. DO NOT. Save yourself the cost and loss of valuable and memorable possessions. My mom’s crystal wine glasses. So many kitchen things. My nice mirror. Frames. The glass then follows up in my rugs so shard’s of glass are falling out as I’m unpacking. Took zero consideration of my things, it’s clear they don’t know how to love or hate their jobs. Either way I’m seeking compensation for the damages and the almost $3,000 my landlord paid you to take care of my things and not break them. Without any referral I figured I'd give them a try. Two men showed up on time. Geo and Eliseo were absolutely the BEST! Very professional, polite, and well mannered. They took the time to wrap and protect all of my belongings and did it in a timely manner without dragging their feet. All the details were given to me in advance so there were no surprises. Thanks for making this move a wonderful experience and without any worries.
