  Do not use this company. First they showed up a hour late. Poor quality dinged up walls. Will not return phone calls. Does not try to make things right. I hope whoever reads this does not use this company do your self a favor call someone else. Got hung up on multiple times and phone number blocked while trying to get ahold of them. Paid them $450 bucks for them to not perform. The "manager" stood there the whole time while not even working making the other two who clearly have no experience work.

  Very communicative owner and very humble crew. They came for my move with just one day’s notice and did an awesome job! Pack-Rat could not deliver my container outside my house due to HOA rules in my community and I felt very stressful about picking up my stuff that’s 45 minutes away and move them into my house, especially during the Labor Day weekend.   This is the second time I've used smart move, and I absolutely love them! There was an accident during this most recent move where a light was broken and the owner, Matt, quickly and efficiently worked with me to get it fixed. Because I was living in an apartment complex, he connected with the leasing office and got it taken care of so that it didn't have to come out of my security deposit.   I have to say that working with Matt Irvine has been one of the best experiences in a SNAFU of a move. Smart Move was contracted to pack up and store my furniture in early June. When I contacted the contracting agency I was told that my pod could not be unloaded until Jul 6. When I called Matt from Smart Move, he moved heaven and earth and got my pod to me and unloaded the afternoon that contacted them (Jun 25). He was so helpful and communicative. He gave me all the information that I needed and helped work through the BS with the contracting company (who were obstructive at every turn).

  If I could rate with more stars I would! I highly recommend smart move! They are hard working and efficient. They carefully moved everything so no walls were dinged and packed it in the truck safely so there was no damage to our furniture. The customer service can’t be beat we had a little hiccup and gave them more work than anticipated. Matt handled it with grace and came out to help get the job done.
