  Wasatch Moving sent a crew of 6 movers and two big box trucks to move my 3 bed 2 bath home. I thought the process was pretty easy to plan and mostly stress free. There was good communication on the front end and the quote ended up being very accurate (it was more of a quote like, “based on what you’ve told us, we think you need this many movers, this many trucks, and it should take about this many hours.” Hourly rate varies by trucks and manpower.) The crew showed up on time, worked hard all day and got the job done in good time. Overall, no big issues and I’d use this company again.

  Well…everything got moved with just a few casualties. Our mattress was ripped, our kitchen table is extremely bowed somehow, and we have a gouge in our wall. Also, we have white carpet in our new place and no plastic was put down or booties worn so it’s pretty dingy from all the traffic in and out during the move. Most of the team was hardworking but it all seemed pretty disorganized and there was one team member who was standing around, smoking at the entrance to our garage and ignoring me when I was trying to give him things to do or trying to correct things that he was putting in the wrong…

  ​I cannot recommend Jay and his group enough! They recently handled our move from Sugar House to Sandy, and their service was exceptional from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked incredibly hard, and made sure everything was safely packed and moved without a scratch. Jay and his crew are professional, friendly, and highly efficient. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and worry-free. If you want a stress-free moving experience, this is the team to hire!   I recently used Wasatch Moving Company for a one-bedroom apartment move. While the office staff was professional, the actual move took much longer than necessary and there were communication and efficiency issues with the crew that left me frustrated with the overall cost. After I left my original review, management reached out directly, acknowledged the problems, and provided a solution to make things right. I really appreciated the accountability and their willingness to address my concerns, and I’ve updated my review to reflect that. My belongings arrived safely to my new home.

  WOW! Such a phenomenal moving service. Everything was so smooth and efficient from start to finish. Pablo was my consultant through the beginning and gave me every bit of information on what to expect the day of our move. The day of was just as easy as the consult. Jay & Nico came in and were out in no time at all. Our items were properly handled, stored & moved to our destination with care and consideration.
