DO NOT USE THIS DECEITFUL COMPANY. When my parents passed, I had to coordinate consolidating their items that were in Connor Bros storage. The company contact, A., neglected to share that the long standing agreement of how my parents accessed their items for over 7 years changed to a "full service warehouse" with restricted access. Here are the facts: *When consolidating my parents' items, she said it would be $600 for the labor (fair and approved by me) but then charged me $1300 with no warning and no approval or even an invoice breaking out the charges. I am so grateful to Connors Brothers. I called them on a Monday looking for help loading a 40 ft container with our household items the following Monday. No fuss, no muss - the were able to send people and provided a ramp as well. Chris and Evan arrived right on time, asked appropriate questions and proved to be expert, strong, steady - and had superb communication skills. I could not have been more impressed or more grateful!

First, I asked in advance for 2, 24" wardrobe boxes. On the day of the move the movers knew nothing about this. They called the office and the owner showed up with 2 boxes, but they were 18" and more importantly the metal hanging bars were 24", making it very difficult to use them. I called the owner after he left my house to tell him this, but he said "if this is the worse thing, things are going good." Well problem was, it wasn't the worst thing. (Another mis-communication between the office and the drivers/movers was that the drivers/movers told me they would arrive at my new address in ab…

I’ve moved a lot, and this was my worst move experience by far. Items chipped, deeply scratched or broken include my desk, my bureau, a cedar chest, a rocking chair, an antique mirror, a china cabinet, and a secretary desk. Not only that, but a bunch of boxes went missing. Ok, not a big deal that half my pantry items are gone, but so are pieces of kitchenware including a silver serving set. It is costing me a fortune to fix and replace all this. Avoid these guys

Have been without any clean clothes/sheets/pillows for several days because this company hasnt returned my boxes yet. Do not hire these bozos!!! Also I forgot to mention but I called them for a solid week earlier this summer and never got any sort of response back. Is their office even staffed?
