I have rented from EZ Self Storage for 3 years while building new home. The ease of access is a highlight for me - I made many trips adding items on my way to work, and recently picking up on my way home - it was easy. I always felt secure - location was well lit, plowed, and gate always worked!! I have now removed all my valuables and they are all in good condition. No problems at all. It was a smooth moving experience start to finish. Rossa was a pleasure to work with. When there was a payment glitch due to the mail, it was handled quickly and without disruption to the storage unit. The facility is clean and safe.

Worse place ever and rip you off for your deposit and charge you to cut a lock that i could have done in less time and not messed the door up 40 dollar charge is ridiculous. And gave them few day notice cleaned unit and still kept my deposit.

The person who rented me the unit was fabulous. She had great customer service!! I was able to everything over the phone. The unit was nice and clean. The gate and code are easy to use and very secure. The price is competitively low for the area. I highly recommend.

Newer units seem decently maintained. Liked that there is a gate to the facility. Noticed that the gutters leak water onto the platform when it rains. There is a lip so theoretically it shouldn't get into the units, but our stuff was only stored there for 4 months and was absolutely covered in mold, so perhaps that contributed to the moisture levels? Not sure if there's much they could have done to prevent it, but it was still disappointing.
