The first person who took my deposit didn't explain that this amount would be 'held on my card'. I thought I had paid the same amount twice when I was asked to use my credit card again when I returned the rental. The starting mileage was off by two miles. We even took a picture using the link and it still didn't update. The person that cashed me out at the end of it explained the deposit part and how it would all be charged at the end. He was very helpful.

They failed to have my reserved equipment ready. I reserved a van 3 days prior to my reservation date. When I arrived to use their 24/7 mobile check in I was notified that no equipment had been assigned to my order. This was one hour before they opened on Sunday. No one was present at 9 AM when the store is supposed to open. I'll have to go find a competent location to complete my rental

The rental was ok, but by the end of the day my credit card had been compromised and had multiple fraudulent charges on it. There's might be a skimmer or something like that at the register.

What a joke this place is. We reserved a truck days ago for a big move and the day before we find out they dont have a truck for us to use. No apology, nothing. Now our move is screwed. Uhaul rutland sucks.
