In Virginia, James and Jacob did an amazing job on the drop off and pick up. Jacob was very smooth with the lifting and assembling. Extremely friendly, professional, and timely. I’m very appreciative of both of them as well as their support staff Lemond, Kenny, and Dimeco. I would not hesitate to ask for them all again. This container was 8x8x8 and was perfect for my daughter’s college apartment move. I took photos to show everyone how Jacob mastered the day!

Omgosh Mr. Hicks was the best! Called to give us a heads up on delivery, patiently talked us thru drop-off with recommendations, and got the job done with a smile on his face. So grateful!!

Had an 18 foot container packed in Florida and shipped to Virginia. Price was great, convenience was even better. Ended up getting delivered to a remote location in Northern Neck which was painless too. Excellent experience and the driver was very friendly and flexible in helping to drop it where I needed it on my long driveway.

So far not great. My initial call to set up and schedule service was great but since then… poor communication and threatening emails and no accountability. I have received no less than 10 emails and text messages to confirm service, threatening additional fees if I don’t. I have, repeatedly, yet it does not stop. Agent on the phone told me confirmation calls and emails do not stop regardless if you’ve confirmed and just get over it. If I demanded you confirm with me hourly, “getting over it” wouldn’t be a suggestion. What’s next? Demands for payments that were already made? Terrible terrible c…

We needed to get the stuff out of our garage so we could refinish the floor. The folks at PODS were very helpful and super easy to deal with. Scheduling over the phone was quick and easy, and delivery went smoothly and right on schedule. When I called for pickup, they were able to accommodate me the very next day! The driver was personable and professional both for delivery and pickup. Overall, a great experience.
