I would give zero stars if I could. This storage facility is INFESTED with rats and covered in mold, and management is fully aware of it. When I accessed my unit, my belongings were damaged by rat droppings, chewed items, and mold growing all over my property. Items I trusted them to keep safe are now ruined. What makes this even worse is that this is NOT a surprise to them. There are rat traps placed all over the property, which clearly shows they KNOW they have an ongoing rodent problem and continue to rent units anyway without properly fixing it or warning customers.
