I booked movers about 5 weeks before my move from Radford to Richmond. Steve and everyone I talked to were very friendly and helpful, but when the moving day finally came I got a call that my movers quit that morning and there was no way for them to move me that day - and it might be several more days. It was a nightmare situation and while the guys in the office were very apologetic - I just did not have the option to wait. Very happy with the Young men that showed up they were very respectful. They did great customer service and a great job moving my furniture, which was very heavy. They did a great job moving that heavy furniture with no issues. Those two young men together they worked great together. I definitely would use two men in a truck again. The guys were very careful despite my furniture being old and beat up. They were very polite and did a wonderful job of moving my old furniture. I appreciate the care they took and the "no problem" attitude they had. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them.

I will never work with Two Men and a Truck ever again. I specifically asked before booking if I could pay by card and was told yes. It was a deal breaker for me. The day before I was told I had to have a cashiers check. When I explained that I was told I could pay with a card and would pay right then, they still made me get the cashiers check. Lie #1. Then Lie #2, the mover told me that I was over quoted and due a refund. It was in the paperwork when I signed at the end.
