Quick and easy online sign up. Office staff was very friendly and courteous. Decent prices. Location near the outskirts of town makes it easier to access for both those in town and out in the rural areas...for those that don't have viable transportation.

Michele was polite from the time I called about a quote until we came to the office to complete the rental. She made sure we got the best price for the unit we needed. She also made we knew how to properly work the lock. She will definitely continue to get our business

I had a situation in the local self storage office with the representative on duty today.. I called the Corporate Office and spoke to a representative. She informed me that someone would call me within 3 days. The District Manager, Scott, call me back right away and helped resolve the situation. He was very professional and I appreciate him taking the time to understand & resolve my situation.

I've explained to these people several times on several occasions. The way I get paid is THE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH. I have asked them several times to just correct the day that I get paid. Every month without fail I have an issue getting into my storage unit. I don't understand why they give me such a hassle.... Especially when they get us an extra $20 every month because of the inconvenience of their own system. Believe me if I had any other storage facility within 10 miles of here. I would take my business elsewhere... I guess that's what they're banking on, being the only game in to…
