Tidal Town Moving is 10/10! From calling in to get a quote, to the quick response and turnaround time for scheduling, everything was amazing. Everyone was so kind and explained everything clearly to make sure I understood and felt comfortable with the services I was getting. The reminder the day before, plus the call and text letting me know the movers were arriving soon, was also really appreciated. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Tidal Town and their crew! Great, first impressions with punctuality and professional introductions. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they worked as a team all taking great care of our belongings. They kept us in the loop about everything. The only movers in town!!! Wouldn’t work with anyone else in town…Brennan, Lorenzo, Haywood, JB, and Dakota took care of us like we were royalty. These guys know their business! I’ve never seen associates work as hard, as fast, and as professionally as these gentlemen. Courteous, thoughtful, and kind. So much more than we ever expected! Team of 3 unpacked our freight-load trailer quickly! Caleb, Jeffrey, and To, were incredibly polite and professional. They had very, very tight corners to work around in my house with our largest furniture and did extremely well. They only scuffed one wall and made sure to show me (easy fix, no sweat)—great transparency, gents! I would use Tidal Moving again and I hope their other employees showcase as much care and energy as these young guys did. Small side note, they even welcomed me back to VA as I returned after 20yrs in the military. Thanks, guys. -Dennis Family
