Be careful for your safety as Todd, the owner, will literally hold you hostage if something goes wrong. As noted in other reviews where issues arose, I could literally feel when he switched from being a nice salesperson to becoming physically aggressive. You can confirm with other critical reviews that this seems to be a pattern for moves that don't happen to go smoothly (things happen right...). Had a wonderful experience with Access Gentle Moving today. They were so fast and efficient. They moved everything out of our house in 2 hours and drove over an hour to get to us. Thank you so much for your hard work and for making moving out a breeze! I'm looking forward to using them for when we move in to our new place in a few days. Moving is usually a nightmare, but Access Gentle Moving made it easy. This was my second time using their services, and once again, they exceeded expectations. I hired Access Gentle Moving this last week to move two safes. Todd was extremely polite and was a man of his word. His crew did an excellent job moving two, very heavy safes out of my old house and into my new one. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Rapid, Quality service. These gentlemen were extremely professional and very communicative. They helped me move when time was of the essence. 24/7 availability, I wouldn't go with any other movers in the Puget Sound Region. They hauled my entire life from Bothell to downtown Seattle.
