Despite being extremely busy, Amanda, the manager, was very helpful on my move-in day. Also, she and Keith, the assistant manager, had to do a lot of paperwork to ensure I could reserve to move in at a later date and still receive the promotional rate. All went smoothly. They are very competent.

I have rented a large unit for almost three years and have only wonderful things to say about the staff. Amanda and Keith were always professional, polite, and quick to address any concerns or questions that I had. Unfortunately, because of other tenants’ poor choices to store food that attracted rodents, I did have to deal with rodent droppings through my unit, but thankfully nothing of mine was ever damaged. I would recommend renting here as long as you package your items well and don’t keep any food in your unit!

Excellent, personal customer service. I love the plants making a nice atmosphere in the office. Amanda was friendly and professional, while at the same time making me feel at home. She stayed late so I could get my storage space after my work hours. Beautiful setting!!! Nicest storage facility in Whatcom County.

I have been storing items at the Cordata Self Storage over the past twenty+ years. I have always been pleased with the facility and service, but what stands out at Cordata Self Storage is the management team. Amanda and Keith have always been a true pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this storage facility!!
