Very friendly staff! They are willing to work with you. U-Haul offers first month free rent which was really helpful in my situation. I would definitely recommend this storage unit over others I have rented at in town.

The Uhaul on Meridian in Bellingham, Wa had amazing service. Everything was great. The staff are exemplary. Very very helpful. At this U-Haul and the one in Spokane Valley I have had above and beyond service. Clearly the business model is doing a lot right. Great job, U-Haul!

I was surprised at how easy and simple the entire process was. My unit is completely clean and they included poison - in the event of mice/rats. They gave me a free lock for my unit and the move was fast and easy. I checked into my unit on the U-haul app and it made the check-in process a breeze! I don't think it could've been much easier! 100% recommend.

Very disorganized. I had reserved a one-way rental a month prior to set move date. 2 days before I called to see if it was possible to leave a day early only to find out that that they did not have any vehicles for me. Since this was their mistake they booked me a new rental out of Burlington which turned out to have been made for the incorrect date.
