Fantastic experience with Hansen Brothers! We are moving to Spain in a few days, and needed to load out quite a bit of furniture, memory boxes, heirloom china plates/dishes. Estaban and Key showed up promptly and friendly. We had worked with Nicole ahead of time to get an estimate, who also was fantastic. What was surprising is the care they took for every item. We had pre-packed all the boxes, but they inspected each one, and if there was room, they placed crumpled paper in the voids to make sure the items were safe. Note: This review is for an interstate move that we had to pay for ourselves. It was not a corporate paid move. The move salesman and coordinators were amazing. They re-worked the estimate a couple of times to update things. We were informed of timelines, got helpful tips on doing things like change of address, what not to pack, what to hand carry, when and how to pay, etc. On packing day, the packers worked quickly and efficiently. I think the service was excellent. The movers were incredibly professional, friendly, and fast. They were gentle with our belongings, asked questions instead of making assumptions, and really treated us with respect. They also moved our safe, which originally, we were told they couldn't do. It took a huge weight off our shoulders (literally!) I couldn't have asked for a better crew.

Hansen has done two moves for us. They respond fast, are there on time and get the job done promptly. Taking apart complex beds does not phase them. i will hire them for my next move.
