We had a wonderful experience with Joy Moving Company. The moving team was extremely professional, polite, and hardworking throughout the entire process. We ran into an unexpected issue with our large sofa. We moved into a townhouse where the living room is on the second floor, and the staircase turned out to be too narrow for the couch. Instead of forcing it and risking damage, the movers carefully explained the situation to my husband. They advised against trying to squeeze it up to prevent scratching either the sofa or the walls. Lots of things to mention here.. I had a fantastic experience with Joy Moving! The team was punctual, professional, and worked quickly while still being very careful with my belongings. Everything was handled with care from start to finish, and they made what could have been a stressful moving day completely smooth and worry-free. The movers were friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Pricing was fair and well worth the excellent service. I used this company for a recent local move after a friend had a great experience with them. Scheduling was easy, and they were very responsive leading up to the move.
