I just completed a local Seattle region move, and it was the best move experience I've ever had. Kenny was an absolutely outstanding leader of the team both days. He was very organized, quickly coached the team on next steps, and was very communicative and kind to us and his team throughout the move. This is the ONLY truly "all our own employees" movers that I could find for our move from Seattle to WI. I just could not gamble using the brokers that hand off your belongings to different companies that you know nothing about, have unknown integrity and have no accountability. From my first call asking for pricing to the final follow-up email upon completion, this was a top-notch experience. Rachael’s communication throughout the process was incredibly helpful. I scheduled Gentle Giant to help me move from my one bedroom apartment into a two bedroom. They dropped off all the packing supplies I needed for my belongings a few days before the move. On moving day, they showed up right at the beginning of the scheduled window and moved very quickly to get my boxes out. They handled my big furniture very carefully, and were great at disassembling/reassembling my bigger furniture. We had an excellent experience with Gentle Giant for our move. The crew showed up right on time, got straight to work, and didn’t waste time. They were professional, careful with our belongings, and happy to place everything exactly where we wanted it in our new home. What really impressed us was their efficiency. They completed the move under the original estimate while still providing outstanding service. Moving is stressful, but this crew made the process smooth and easy.
