I have moved Intrastate and interstate many times. My experience with DeVries has been the worst. There were missing boxes, broken electronics, missing electronics, broken furniture, broken smokers, etc. They stored our items in a "climate controlled warehouse". It was anything but. My items sensitive to freezing and thawing were ruined. My brand new mattress was sitting in water while in their possession. There is a huge water stain and the side is collapsed. They dropped my desk of my wood floor splintering the floor. They then closed the door in hopes I wouldn't see it. The claims…

Bought a big desk from Devries for our business Dynamite Enterprises. The staff was SUPER helpful to go through all the stock items and make sure we had the right pieces. We also were missing one piece that was currently unavailable but were happy to go without. Months later they contacted us to let us know they had it now and happy to deliver to us. Super friendly and love doing business with this team that has quality communication.

Not a great experience. Delivery driver was rushed and didn’t reassemble furniture as promised. They also didn’t deliver the boxes where we asked. They bumped into a few walls but denied our damage claim because the paperwork said no damage. We signed the paperwork in a rush since the driver said had had to leave quickly. Lesson learned. Be careful if you work with them.

Overall helpful. But one of the workers got into and took several of my Red Bulls, which were specifically mentioned to be off limits. And also they used our charging cable and took it around with them without asking.

Had the greatest experience with this company. The two mover's Bobby and Joe were great. Funny and got the job done. Very careful with furniture moved. Would recommend this company and these two men for any job. Many thanks
