Jaden and his crew were quick, efficient and careful. Loaded a 10 X 20 storage unit filled with boxes and furniture and moved the load to a condo. No damage to any of the items moved nor to the condo. Very pleased with their teamwork and friendly support.

Almost everything was excellent. The first contact was by phone to set up an estimate; answered right away and set an appointment. The estimator was great; possibly an owner. The crew at both ends was efficient, polite and friendly. We had blizzards during the move. This resulted in switching from a large van to two smaller ones that could navigate in inclement weather better. That storm delayed the delivery only by 24h, no problem for us. The only negative of the whole experience was a truck that was not water tight and caused some of the cardboard boxes to get wet and thus some clothe…

I had an outstanding experience with Mountain Moving & Storage in WA! From start to finish, the team was professional, kind, and incredibly efficient. My movers, Lise and Moses, “The Samoan Slam”, and Jason “The Loadmaster”, were an unstoppable team, moving me from Olympia to Lakewood with strength, precision, and perfect coordination. They didn’t know it, but my uncle from Guam had passed away the day before the move, and their friendly, positive attitude really helped make a difficult day a lot easier. These guys did an excellent job! I was moving my elderly sister to assisted living from her home. They came at the time they said they would and called to say they were there. Once it was determined what was being moved they efficiently got everything out. They were VERY careful in not damaging anything in the house or what was being moved. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

EXCELLENT customer service. Doug was a thorough listener, professional, and seasoned. He provided me with a quote on the spot and there were no extras tacked on. He found a date in which I could save money and this meant a lot for my family. I’ve called around to many other moving companies and it sounds like eager salesman trying to make a buck. Doug prioritize me and we had a really nice chat. 5 stars did the great service.
