The entire process of hiring this awesome moving team was really easy, The person I spoke to explained everything and we went Through my request, we made a couple of changes that I didn’t understand and the price was reasonable. Best experience ever. I was forced to move from my apartment in 9 days and I had lived there for over 5-6 yrs. I’m disabled and the moving company I hired originally didn’t actually come to move me. I spoke with Beth and she was able to get a crew out to me the next morning. Herman and his guys were the best. My house looked terrible and I had stuff that was packed and the rest was in bags or scattered. Big Al's Specialty Movers went OUT OF THEIR WAY for me, big time! They were recommended to me when I needed to move my family baby-grand piano out of my brother's house in Sisters, OR as he needed the room for a hospital bed (unfortunately), ASAP, and bring it to my house in Brownsville. We used Big Al's Specialty Movers to move my Mother from Beaverton to Vancouver. Every single aspect of this from the phone calls to moving day was 100% perfect. The moving crew were hard working, friendly, patient and kind. They moved my Mother's furniture and possessions with care and really took the time to ensure everything was properly wrapped and secured.
