Clay was great, he got us in a storage unit on very short notice when we were moving and hadn’t quite closed on our home yet. I love the facility for its security, cleanliness and the fact that it’s well taken care of. The storage rental price is fair and I would recommend The Heights for your storage needs.

The Heights Self Storage is a great place to store your items if you need a little more space! I stored my things here in a smaller unit for about 6 months or something like that, I can’t remember! The unit itself was in good condition and always easy to access, it has good sliding doors and a lock you can buy in the office. I felt like I could rest easy knowing this place was super secure and had a good security system. When it came time to move out of my storage unit, I had a misunderstanding on my part that I thought I was able to move out same day but there’s actually a 10 day notice!…

After firing our restoration company we needed a place to store our property. THSS was on our new restoration companies list of preferred storage facilities. The rental process was easy. I liked the cleanliness of the units. Having a light in the unit so I could see at night was great. My wife and I were both happy with the security of the facility and felt at easy nobody was going to break into our unit. Clay was professional and a pleasure to work with. Should we have another fire and need a place to store our things, I know where we will be going.
