Best experience I've ever had with a storage company! A little pricey but the customer service made it worth the cost. Very secure. Indoor climate control. Easy to contact. Even though i removed only the things I wanted to keep and left the rest and ultimately quit paying rent , I was contacted several times and was offered options for payment arrangements before they sent the rest to auction. Most places never hold a unit for that long of a period. The lady who contacted me was very kind and considerate of my circumstances. Made an appointment online to have a hitch and wiring harness installed on my maverick. First time the called me the day before my appointment to tell me they didn’t have the correct wiring harness. Second time I went back they told me they didn’t have the right part and couldn’t do it. I would go to another location for work.

The staff made some recommendations to make my rental even better due to my car’s clearance ( or lack there of) I had zero trouble with hauling my car back home!

Had a U-Haul breakdown at this location and the staff was super kind and accommodating to make sure that I had everything I need as I worked through the difficulties of transferring all of my materials from broken truck to a working one. Would definitely recommend.
