My son had a trailer hitch installed on his Impreza. Everyone was really friendly. The gentleman who installed it. I think his name was Shawn. He was really nice and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all our questions. He did a clean job and it's looks good! He told us if we had any problems to come back. He'd gladly make it right. I definitely recommend this Uhaul location.

I've also just noticed that they seem to be awfully good at replying to positive reviews, but never reply to the negative ones find that fascinating business plan tooI went into U-Haul today to rent a box truck for a move. I had a reservation, valid identification, and every expectation that this would be a simple process. Instead, it turned into an hours-long disaster caused entirely by U-Haul's dysfunctional systems and complete inability to provide consistent information. The wait time wasn’t bad. Staff was super friendly the technician was friendly and went above and beyond on the install. He did an amazing job. Will definitely recommend others to get an install here. Super satisfied

i had a horrible experience today. the “assistant manager” Destiny , definitely should not be a manger. i had a reservation on a trailer 4 days ago, and as soon as i go in she’s sitting there on her phone laughing, this happened a few times while trying to give my information to get my trailer.. then come to find out they dont have it nor did they have a backup plan. we had to down size much smaller.. and after driving 2 hours away for bad service, i dont reccomend, she even told us we wouldnt get our 50$ garuntee because we were late, which is false. she didnt wven apologize for anything, the…

I had a reservation from 1:30 to 4:30 I showed up about 10 minutes after 2:00. I stood there for about 15 minutes and an empty building with no one around before anyone even walked inside. Then they informed me that they went ahead and rented out the car hauler I had reserved. The only thing they still had in stock was car dollies. Since I was towing a rear wheel drive car that was really unsafe but they suggested I just go ahead and use that.
