I must say, Kenya is definitely one of my favorite people that I come in contact with almost everyday!! I'm a delivery driver for FedEx and I interact with 100+ people A day and she's the best!! I've never left this location without laughing or at minimum a big smile on my face!! She always makes people feel welcome, and everyone whom I've seen talking to her, never had a frown on their face, just smiles!! Wanna say thanks to her for always brightening up my day, especially when I need it the most!!! ❤️

Kenya at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I truly appreciated her customer service. My main concern is the drastic rent increases over the past several years. By the time we moved out, we were paying about $120 more per month than when we first rented the unit five years ago. At $271 a month, it became very hard to justify the cost of storing our belongings. The staff was pleasant, but the rising prices ultimately pushed us out. We were so happy to have closed that door for the last time today.

From the moment my son and I walked through the entrance of the store, Kenya greeted us with a beautiful smile, and eagerly waiting to assist us. The first thing we noticed after being greeted was that the store was very clean, with a little quaint area for me to sit and it was right on time because I have back issues. When Kenya showed us our unit, even that was clean and the set up was really nice, with the lock placed on the floor inside of the unit, and the climate control was very comfortable. Kelly is wonderful she is always willing to help you if you got a problem. she keeps the place clean plus the units the hallway .she is very professional. She will answer your questions to the best of her ability. There was days I had to go to my unit and she always have a smile on her face she makes you fill welcome.and theses day that's hard to come by.Thank you Kelly for being a good heart it person I will be telling people about this storage units. I am leaving this review solely for Kenya. She is an amazing human being with a compassionate heart. Me and my family had a difficult situation with some major confusion surrounding my unit. I won't go into detail about it because that's not really the important picture here. What I want to say is Kenya is a class act. She takes care of the people who come in there. If you are worried about how you're going to get treated, don't if you come here! She's amazing and you should know that.
