  Journee is an exceptional person to communicate with. I needed one of the storage units on a day the office wasn't open. I was able to do everything online. Helped out tremendously Rhino's storage app really is super helpful as well.

  I had a great experience with Rhino Self Storage. The staff was very professional, helpful, and willing to assist with anything I needed during the process. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. A special mention to Journee, who followed up with a call to make sure I had everything I needed and took the time to ask if I had any questions. That level of customer service really stood out. Overall, a great place with excellent service—I would definitely recommend them.

  Great customer service throughout the whole process. Our representative Journee was amazing and very helpful. Reserved our unit site unseen but was very happy with the cleanliness of the place and how easy and helpful the app is to open the outside doors and the unit itself.

  Tom was very helpful with the process of renting a unit from Rhino. His customer service skills were excellent and he even checked to make sure my transition was smooth. The contactless entry to the facility made it fast, convenient and easy to use. The facility exceeded my expectations, it’s clean efficient and even have charging stations.

  The process to begin service was simple. The sales associate explained everything clearly walked me through step-by-step. Help me with payments. Make sure I knew how to get through the door and then app and able to close the door. It was such a great experience overall very very user-friendly a great experience thank you.
