My name is Traey Dowler. I got a storage unit from mini mall. They were extremely helpful and very efficient. 10/10 would recommend if anyone needs a storage unit. Tim helped me out. He was friendly and accommodating in helping me get a unit.

I would rate this greedy company in the NEGATIVE . I am 2days late on my payment and they have locked me out. Forget the holidays holding my check up. Forget my work equipment being inside the gate. And forget the fact that I have never been locked out of the unit for several years. Nothing matters but owner satisfaction, forget customer satisfaction. I called. They said there was nothing they could do. I would just have to lose my job. I AM LOCKED OUT AND I STILL HAVE TO PAY LATE FEE AND MAINTENANCE FEES, AND MANAGEMENT FEES, AND PROCESSING FEES LET’S NOT FORGET THE RENT.

They helped us out so much! We were a little worried when we got a late notice, but they figured out what was up quick and we were done in less than 10 minutes. Amazing staff!

The staff is friendly but the day we went to pick up our camper it had apparently been broken into. Things were strewn about, not where they had been stored. We were unable to reach anyone from Mini Mall storage to report the incident. Since we were unable to communicate with anyone from Mini Mall the area police were contacted and A police report will be filed with the Parkersburg police.
