Excellent customer service from Cortez! Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the U Haul database gave him/me fits on...you guessed it... a typically busy Sat. morning. I've been to 4 different. UHaul locations recently and it sounds like this database issue is universal- But employees were great ! My advice to you- go super early on Sat. AM or go FRI. eve.

I would avoid having a trailer hitch installed at this location. First, I waited nearly two weeks to get onto their schedule. Then, once scheduled, they called the day before my appointment date and rescheduled for another day. When I showed up for my appointment, they were over an hour late in starting the job. Then, two hours later, I was told the wiring harness they attempted to install was faulty. When I asked if they checked the fuses or car wiring, the installer acted like he didn’t know what I was referring to or how to do that with a meter. They expected me to reschedule and come again…

[Thu.11.April.2024 @ 9:50am] Other day i needed to do a pickup at HomeDepot on couple sections of Cedar Split Rail Fencing for the corner areas of property, the rails themselves were 11’ft long which is 3’ft longer then fitting into our suv. So decided to Rent U-Haul Truck over on Blizzard Dr, PkbWv., once there the desk staff was very helpful in getting the vehicle i was in need of and getting me on my way, i also asked if be okay to leave my vehicle out front while i do this and staff said “for sure” and we can see your vehicle with our security cameras as well, which worked out perfect. We've recently had 2 really great experiences at the southside U-Haul. Last week we purchased a propane tank and the employee went above an beyond! It was the last 100 lb tank and the plastic topper was stuck but he was able to get it removed and filled for us. Yesterday we had a tow hitch put on our new Pilot. Kendrick went above and beyond as there was a scheduling issue initially but he was able to get us rescheduled in a timely manner and offered wonderful customer service. Our hitch looks great!

Employees were nice and courteous. The whole process is smoothe and easy. This location has to be the best location I've ever had come in contact with. 10 out of 10!
