Sam in particular was super helpful with the formal move out process checking out of my storage unit, but I also appreciate the store manager as well for his and others help throughout the last few months (February to May) I had quite a the hectic spring and appreciate the understanding but professional staff that has seen me through it all. Just seems less secure than it’s made out to be. Anyone on the street can come in and use the garage for whatever they see fit. There was a transient of sorts cleaning out his van and smoking in the garage tonight on my first trip here. Second trip he was gone but as I was leaving he was pulling back into the driveway. Cigarette butts and trash all over the garage floor. The elevator smelled heavily of weed. The bathroom had a sloppily written sign saying it was out of order. Literally anyone off the street can come right up to your locker door even on the inside units. Sure maybe it sets…
