Been with East side storage for nearly 3 years now. I have yet (knocking on wood) to have any issues with them. The facility is clean, secure and has a lot of room to park multiple vehicles to unload and get into your unit. I talked with Dre today and he helped me set up my auto-pay since you moved to a new program. Was quick and easy. He double checked all my info to make sure it was all correct and even caught that my address was incorrect (my old address). We got everything taken care. Thank you Dre and East side storage.

We just moved to Janesville and have been looking for a storage facility near our address. We found Eastside storage which has extremely competitive pricing for the size of our unit. Ruth was a major factor in us deciding to move in. She was very knowledgeable about the facility and found us the perfect size we need!!! If anyone wants a great place to store things or speak with someone Ruth is the person to speak with. Thank you again Ruth for making this very easy to do!!!

Mark on the phone was extremely helpful getting the rental agreement filled out since the online failed at the confirmation point at close. Filling out the forms on a smartphone took a bit of effort, but again Mark's phone support was very helpful!
