My experience with South Oakhill Storage was amazing. I ran into a problem with the unit I had. The door didn't stay up, I called them and had it taken care of within just the time it took me to go down there and get a lock on a different unit. Calling to close my account when I was done needing the unit was easy. I love that when you call, they answer! Some businesses will never answer and/or take forever to return calls. I would definitely recommend them and do business with them again if needed. Thank you to Ruth for making everything easy to handle.

Do NOT call to inquire about a rental here. You get connected to a third-party company. I could hardly understand the person that was trying to speak to me. There is no office for you to be able to go into, everything is done completely online. They want your phone number address and all of your information before they give you rates and availability. Once you give them your phone number they will continue to call you and text you over and over and over again. I currently have three phone numbers from this particular business blocked, they keep calling from different numbers.

Just acquired a unit today , the sales representative guillian was absolutely amazing !! Highly recommend! Marianne was also super helpful with the online payment process. Very good customer service!!

Good deal. My bill got messed up because of a change of units and Dre at customer support fixed it right up. To me, the customer support is as valuable as the unit itself.
