I’d give it zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible costumer service. Booked a 20’ truck multiple weeks ago to pick up at 8:30am. Got a call the day before saying they don’t have a 20’ but they have a 26’ ready at 9:30. Got another call, wouldn’t be ready until 10. Show up at the U-Haul and the truck isn’t there, we have to go all the way to Beloit to pick up a truck that isn’t even the size we needed. Mind you, we have people meeting us to help us move and this is just a major inconvenience to everyone.

If I could give less than 1 star I would give 0 stars. This is the worst uhaul facility I have ever encountered.. (and I rent a lot of uhauls from a lot of different locations.) I have never delt with such an unprofessional team. They are rude, unreasonable, vindictive people. I hope no one goes through what I went through with this company because it was shockingly appalling how I was treated after spending thousands of dollars with them.. not to mention they over charge you on gas every time you return a uhaul. If I could give 0 stars I would. I rented a box truck from this location picked it up at 4:00pm and returned it the same day at 6:30ish. Receive a call the next day at about 1:30pm from a lady asking “when are you going to bring the truck back”. I said I did last night at 6:30 handed the keys right to a lady behind the desk. So after a few more phone calls and them checking the cameras seeing me drop off the truck and keys, me sending them my credit card statement from filling up across the street right before I dropped it off.
