Well, I hate to have to write this review but I need to. I'm giving superior storage in Kenosha, WI a very poor rating not due to rudeness or lack of professionalism but due to the constant and frequent increase in prices on my outside RV storage unit. At least 2-3 times per year they increase the prices on their units. I've been a loyal customer for at least 10 years and I'm tired of the constant price gouging. I would highly recommend making Superior Storage in Kenosha one of your first stops before signing a contract somewhere else. The ladies here are extremely helpful, very knowledgeable. I went in there, not knowing what size unit I needed for the amount of stuff that I had. The size unit that they recommended they had one available just wasn’t cleaned out. They went above and beyond made sure that it was cleaned and ready for the moving company (they also had more reasonable moving companies they have worked with and highly recommended) to come and deliver all my belongings the next day. Have used Superior Storage off and on dependent upon my ownership of a camper/trailer for over 11 years. Plenty of room to navigate and to park your trailer, grounds always well maintained, and staff (Tammy, Missy, and Dorothy) are very friendly and accommodating. Very good competitive rates.....worth checking out!!

Good option for storage unit in the area. Was able to access at all times, which was very important to me because I work so late. Office was easy to get in touch with when needed, and the unit was clean and secure.

Missy was amazing to work with! We had some confusion about the $1 first-month promotion since we moved in just a couple of days before the end of February. I initially thought that would count as the $1 month, but Missy took the time to sort everything out and was able to prorate those first few days so the $1 promotion applied to March instead. The promotion itself was a bit tricky, but thankfully Missy made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate her help! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and very easy to access.
