I utilized Badger Brothers as a first time client for a move to a new apartment in downtown Milwaukee. What started as a daunting day - pouring rain of course - ended in new friendships and a peaceful beginning to a new chapter in my apartment! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with this moving team. Danny and Parker were very professional, punctual, and handled everything with great care. They treated all my furniture with respect and made the entire moving process much easier and completely stress-free. They were organized, efficient, and very friendly throughout the job. Best experience I've had with professional movers! Noah was a knowledgeable and patient team lead who made me feel comfortable from the first phone call confirming arrival time, and he kept the process efficient while taking care of my belongings. He was also very easy to talk to, which helps when you're spending over four hours collaborating to get the job done. I also had a positive experience with the billing department when my original payment was compromised. A new payment was processed with low stress and high competency. I had my experience with Badger Brothers in March of this year, and they knocked it out of the park!! Best! The phone call for the estimate, i spoke to John and there was no fee to schedule with them, they also said they’d price match if i found a better price offer, and i was able to get ahold of him again later to ask a question of item specifics. Day of, Bjorn and Robert C. came over to do the move. I had things marked with stickers that were for taking over that day. First time hiring movers for a personal move and couldn't be more happy and satisfied. Carson M. and Colby T. were personable, friendly, and professional. Both really cared about my stuff (probably more than I did!) and wrapped and transported everything with care. Also, I very much appreciated the communication and check-ins with me throughout the move about what they were doing, how they wanted to move forward, etc. Great experience overall and I highly recommend Badger Bros Moving!
