We had an amazing experience with Coakley Brothers! After we experienced a fire at a different storage facility which was devastating, we called Coakley Brothers. Michael was a tremendous help to us. He offered support, resources and complete flexibility for our unique circumstances. We were reassured that we had a place to go to store the items we were able to salvage. I had a last minute hiccup with my original movers and while everything worked out with them, Landon was willing to move mountains to assist with my move on incredibly short notice. I cannot thank him enough for his dedication and diligence and appreciate his timely response. Cannot recommend highly enough!

This is our second move with Coakley in the last year. Once again, we rate them five stars. Our sales executive Landon was always helpful and responsive - working to accommodate our needs. Our moving crew was topnotch - highly professional, careful yet efficient, hardworking, courteous. Led by Antoine - an all-star crew leader - the crew worked as a team, taking great care of our furniture, including a Steinway grand piano. So pleased with our experience!

We will never use Coakley Brothers again. When our move became a two-step process, we could not get an updated quote. Calls not returned. E-mails not answered. By then it was too late to get another mover. Invoice did not reflect actual time utilized (as promised). "We only charge for the time used,"... right... We had to meet with them at their office to get an invoice showing time and supplies utilized. In the end we paid much more for our move than planned and more than other companies quoted.
