Terrible experience. Brought vehicle in to have tow hitch installed April 13th, 2026 Guy behind counter was very vulgar and cussing from the second I walked in. Upon leaving, my vehicle was louder than normal. By the time I got home I sounded like a rockets ship. Called location and lady said manager that did install was gone for the day and wouldn't be back till next afternoon. Called another oshkosh location and they had me bring it to them. Thought i scheduled the pickup for 8 but it was accidentally at 9. Was able to contact support on the app and they were able to get the process of getting a uhal for me. Got the pin and the uhal. Started the checking out process but the app kept being dumb and was showing it wouldn't let my phone wouldn't let me access the location even though I had it on. Kept trying over and over. Contacted support again and they told me the uhal checkout process was already done and i was good to go. So I said cool. The uhal was at 1/4 a tank when I got it. Started it with 112 miles. Drove it to my storage…

I am very satisfied with my U-Haul rental. I used a 10 ft truck for about 4 hours. The service person was friendly and check-out went smoothly. The truck was easy to use and clean. The truck return was quick and no problem. I thought the price of the rental was very reasonable. I thought things went great.

Very bad experience everyone I get propane nobody ever there to help me. I request propane and no one shows up. The girl with pink hair in there and glasses pink and black hair kicked me out today denied me service when I waited 20 min I’m sure camera footage would show that. It was around 3. She got angry because I went looking for her by the back near the rest rooms and yelled anyone here and she comes out of the garage area close by the register and blows up at me saying get out of here it’s employees only I’m not getting propane.. etc etc she threatened to call the cops on me I wanted her…

Came in this morning ahead of the snow storm to get a propane tank filled. Was told they could not fill tanks today because of the snow and water could get in propane lines… but if it lightened up to stop in later a maybe they could. It was hardly snowing and we had just a light dusting. It was more like they didn’t want to go outside. I was able to go across town to the other store and pay a higher price to get my tank filled with no issue. This time and last time I had to even go inside to get someone.
