Budd Van Lines did an excellent job loading and delivering heirloom furniture from the East Coast to the Midwest. Alan Bronstein was again, our Corporate Moving Consultant on the third move with the company. Just like the previous relocations, our household goods were delivered on time and without damage to the properties or our furniture. Susan Datko, our Move Coordinator provided timely phone and email updates from the booking and through to delivery. I continue to recommend this company with the highest compliments.

2nd time using Budd because of our incredible experience first time around and they certainly did not disappoint. Moved during the crazy storm of 2026 and everything went well and according to plan. Extremely professional team. Excellent communication from our coordinator, LaShauna, and John our driver. Highly recommend their services. Top notch.

Somehow in seven days, half my things (and nearly all my things from my kitchen) went “missing” in their storage. Read the bad reviews. They are accurate. I will advocate for the company I work for to switch companies. This place is a joke. What a nightmare and I’m still dealing with it. So many brand new things that were just “lost.” You mean fell off the back of the truck, right?

My driver Justin was very professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the crew he hired to assist him was a third or forth rate crew for my pack and load portion. For the unpack portion, the crew was better but do not leave the site so you can manage the unloading, many. Ones that were clearly labeled for certain rooms never made it there and many boxes were stacked unsafely and just left for me to deal with.
