I had the most wonderful experience with Norby & Son's. I had a large move and they were so helpful and nice! They were efficient while also making sure that they were taking everything that I needed them to. They were careful and made sure to ask ahead of time where each item would be going. I am hiring them again to finish moving my garage items to our new house.

Broken, damaged or never made it to my new location. Grease on an upholstered oversized chair, four metal baskets delivered but the rack that holds the baskets was completely destroyed, paint scraped off the legs of dining room chairs, workers stories about their 1.5 hour lunch break didn’t match up, complaining about weather conditions while inadequately dressed. Two thumbs down. Once and done.

Last October I worked with Nicole the owners daughter on two moves. She quoted prices, structured the move and everything sounded like it was in order. It was a unique move because we were trading houses with a buyer of our house. Nicole and I worked a month and a half ahead of time sending pictures and she went to the other parties‘s house to see what they had where it all went wrong was the day of the move. Apparently there was not a third truck as planned, and we all had a lot of stuff our stuff was on the front lawn of the house until 9 PM so that the other family could move into our hous…

I had Norby ans Sons move my piano for me. They were very careful. Carrying it out of one house and delivering it to my home They were exceptionally polite and made sure to place it exactly where I wanted it. I would highly recommend Norby and Sons to anyone looking for a moving company to help them with any type of moving needs from a whole house move to just a few larger items.

Norby & Sons did an excellent job with my move. The crew of three guys were friendly, fast and courteous. The guys respected my concerns about not tracking in debris on my light colored carpet. They were careful with all my fragile belongings and overall did a fantastic job. The only issue I would have liked to see improved was the communication with the office to coordinate the move. I had to call numerous times and leave multiple messages.
