I tried to get some propane tanks refilled. Scanned the QR code that I had no confidence would work, after 15-20 minutes I walked in. About 5 minutes later they came out to say their systems were down and would only be able to accept cash, I said fine. Then I waited for another 10 minutes while I looked up another place to get my tanks filled and went there. Waiting for 15-30 minutes is pretty absurd as it was a Monday afternoon. If it was a Saturday and they were busy I would understand.

The gentleman at the counter was super rude, I believe his name was Dan. I come to return my truck that I used the day prior and we had to get a storage unit in the meantime for some extra things that didn’t fit in our apartment. The guy proceed to threaten us by charging us another hour if we took another hour to get the stuff in our storage locker. Very very rude and made my apartment moving more stressful than needed to be. BE. BETTER. DAN.

Filthy truck full of dirt, dog hair with a roach on top. Manager states they have the cleanest trucks in the area. Couldn’t load my items into this filthy truck and they refused to reimburse me for the day lost due to me having to return it. Claimed to give me a few miles off but with the bill being as high as it was for this filthy thing I can’t tell the difference. Go anywhere but here. Gross and unacceptable.

I rented a truck last month for a local move and that worked out great. The van was very clean and they had all the boxes and tape/tape-gun I needed in stock. Today I needed an appliance dolly to move a large and heavy box from Amazon up to my second floor apartment. I was glad that they had that dolly in stock because I needed to remove it from the building's lobby. The rental rates were fair and the two different staff members were nice and helpful. I will definitely use their services in the future should the need arise.

Michelle was absolutely amazing. Great at answering all questions and any concerns. She gave a great tour of the facility and helped picked out the best type of unit and size of unit for my needs. I will highly recommend this facility to friends and family. She went above and beyond when another location messed up a truck rental and helped me find the best solution even though it wasn’t her location that would benefit from the sale.
