Absolutely awful if I could give them 0 stars I would. Liars and th front of their storages units are trash. Don’t reserve a unit and pay for it because they will NOT keep it. Never coming back there’s better storage places. Also extremely rude. Save your money babes🤮

We have rented a storage unit from them for 2 years. There have been a few hiccups with miscommunication but they have always been willing to make it right. I appreciate them going the extra mile to make their customer service exceptional and making customers their number one priority. They've gone above and beyond. Their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area needing a facility.

I personally went to the location to reserve a truck to make sure everything was good. I gave my credit card ahead of time and the employee assured me that they would be at the location on a Friday so that I could start my move. I showed up on Friday morning and nobody was at the location. I called multiple times and left a message for someone to call me back when they showed up so that I could start my move. I stopped by several times throughout the day and nobody was ever there. Long story short, nobody showed up for work that day and it's about 6 weeks later and I still have not receiv…

Allllyssssa! Boy, what a sweeeeeetheart! You know normally its just blah blah rent a unit. This lady just made my day talking with her. She was so kind, patient, professional, and just...made me smile. I had a pretty sticky situation being in logisitcs and she bailed me out. So from here on out, I know who I will be using in the future whenever this happens again :)

K & L Mini Storage is wonderful! They have great security, fair pricing and I feel safe leaving my valuable items here. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I recommend anyone is Casper use this facility!
