Called North Park on Thursday and asked for a quote on furniture. Gave exact dimensions, weight and description and was given a price. Called back after the weekend to schedule a pickup and was told “we don’t ship furniture”. Furthermore, they could find no record of me calling, although I remembered exact prices and have the precise time of the call stored in my phone’s call records. I see they already have many 1-star reviews. I would say these people are shady, I would not work with them again.

Jim with NPT was amazing. When I could not open the ramps he came and fixed it. When we were leaving out he helped with all of the preparations. He could not have been nicer!

We were very upset when we received our package broken and many of the boxes were ripped. We have had Steve delivery to us twice and we have never been so rudely treated. He is rude on the phone and rude in person. I would definitely find an alternate delivery company if at all possible. I know we will be asking what company is delivering before we make anymore online purchases.

Purchased furniture from Hayneedle. North Park is their local delivery service. Tracking online says my item arrived Monday at 11:37am to Casper. Still waiting for someone to call and schedule delivery on Thursday. Tracking app says delivery is scheduled, but I have not been notified of any delivery date or time. Hay needle customer service says NP representative is telling her roads have been closed all week and the item is still in Denver. We did have a snowstorm Monday evening after the item arrived in Casper, but we have had no road closures so it seems they lied to the Hayneedle represen…
