I rented this unit because we are preparing to sell our home. They called me constantly to ask if I still wanted my unit since we hadn't moved into it. I confirmed payments were going through and also confirmed we did want the unit we were just waiting to have a confirmed listing date. They called constantly to check. We went today to use the unit and found it hadn't been clean and appears to have a squater living it now or previously which means either, these are not very secure or they don't actually clean them. I brought a 15' truck and car dolly from Dallas after driving for 5 days. Pam called me the night before and Nikki took the equipment the following morning. Both were very nice and actually seemed excited to get the equipment: no extra charges, therefore, no complaints from me!

BEWARE!!! I originally rented one of their larger units and come moving day after loading up an entire truck full of my belongings I arrive at the unit to find out that they made a mistaken and so I ended up getting multiple little units. They promised to notify me when the large unit was available. Setup my account with auto payment. They made an error on their end and put a lock on my unit. After bringing their error to their attention I had to sit and wait for someone to come remove their lock. Nothing was done or offered to compensate for this. They rented me the truck at a fair enough price. Left them a hundred dollars for them to hold the when I got back they would take out the rent money and reimburse me the rest. Well I ended up having to drive more miles because of my ex ole lady moved some of my things. So anywhere from 29 to 35 miles more for the day and time, they at first said I wouldn't get no e of the 100 bucks back and I owed them another 60 bucks. I had a very long trip and lost my key to my storage. Ashlyn Davis was Amazing. I got a locksmith to get there to get my lock for me. She printed out my paperwork so I can show them proof. She explained things to me. She is calm. When I had a very stressful day. I am very thankful for her. She is pleasant and helped me right away..
