The elevator has been down for almost a month now. I am on crutches & in a wheelchair part of the time. My storage units are on the 2nd & 3rd floors. How am I supposed to access my units & bring stuff up & down. There better be some sort of compensation for not having access to my units.

Reserved a storage unit online and received confirmation. Showed up and they told me they rented it out to someone else. They also told me that just because a unit is available on the website and you reserve it, that doesn't mean they actually have it avaliable. So after a day of driving and moving I'm stuck with a truck full of belongings and nowhere to put them. Adam, the manager told me conflicting information from their corporate employee which is very frustrating. Terrible customer service and a reservation at this location means nothing. They said "we can't control the website" whatever…

So the guy is over there at U-Haul or off of Highway 30 in Cheyenne Wyoming are amazing. They went overboard and beyond to help us out storage wise U-Haul truck shout out to Adam And Brandon a.k.a. Alabama highly recommend this place If you want a good U-Haul vehicle and storage unit.

Both the pick up location and drop off location were staffed by professionals, the truck was clean and ready to go with no issues.
