The drivers are great but the logistics are garbage. Be prepared for a circular robo nightmare & never getting to talk to a human to resolve any problems.

What is going on with FedEx!?! Last week I received my order from Home Depot and the box was so damaged that it was literally wrapped completely with packaging tape... Liiike ~ THE ENTIRE BOX! I thought it was because Home Depot put too much in the box... but today I got another package from Walmart, and the box was crushed! The top was so caved in that the box wasn't even sealed, and the sides weren't even sides anymore. I have video and pictures of this complete & utter rediculousness! This is unacceptable, FedEx!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

FedEx sucks. They always deliver to the wrong address. I wish fedex wasn’t an option for delivery.here in Evanston. We get deliveries at least once a week. Always delived to wrong address. We are the only springbrook in town

On 12/25/21, during snow storm on I 80 mm332 around 12pm a FedEx truck sideswipped my right rear view mirror; FedEx has GPS and knows who the driver is, FedEx also has forward dash cameras, the driver has Black hair and had 2 white ear buds,probably why he didn't hear my air horn. Driver also tailgating other vehicles during snow storm. Let's see if FedEx counsel this unsafe driver before an incident with another vehicle occurs again ?

Received an update that my package had been delivered, complete with photo. However they left it at the wrong house. They sent me a picture of the package left at the wrong house. Big difference between the numbers 159 and 161. Maybe someone needs a lesson in reading.
