This place has gone to hell in a handbasket! I am pretty sure that I have worked harder moving my freight through them, than they have. And the hold music is absolutely ridiculous when your blood pressure is already elevated from the horrid lack of service to the customer. Looking for a new carrier now! Only 1 star, because it made me do it!

Tara, the office manager, is very rude. I don't know how she keeps a job as the face of the company. I received a note in the mail telling me that my flooring was there (it was supposed to be delivered to my house, but I am "outside their delivery area"). When I called on Monday to let her know I had received the note (5 days after it was dated) and would be there after the storm that was predicted to bring 17 inches of snow, she told me that it had been there for 2 weeks and if it was there past Friday she would have to start charging storage fees. The Customer Service is deplorable and the office Staff is rude. I called to work out some delivery discrepancies between the Merchant I purchased a heavy item from and North Park Transportation. Tara was very rude and unprofessional. She Informed me this is my problem, wouldn't listen to what i was trying to communicate and cancelled my deliver. She then went on to ask if i was refusing the delivery, which i wasn't. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever asked for a 4hr window of delivery Tara said you have 20 min so you can wait all day or refuse delivery or come pick up even though you paid for home delivery and s o I wait all day for delivery. pos company do not allow them as a destination company will not deliver to all areas. you must pick up your item where they drop it off will not deliver to residence
